Rigging is the part of a show where mistakes are not recoverable. Everything else can be re-patched, re-programmed or worked around; a structure carries lighting, LED, audio and sometimes performers above an audience. It gets designed properly or it does not get built.
We produce load calculations, rigging plots and a full Risk Assessment and Method Statement for every structural build as standard. Stadiums, government venues and international event organisers ask for that documentation, and having it ready is often what keeps a build on schedule.

Full RAMS covering the work sequence, hazards with scored risk ratings, PPE requirements, permits, emergency procedure and a crew sign-off sheet.

Where each point sits and what it carries, so the venue engineer can approve the build.

Named riggers with their qualifications, supplied on request.

Frequently asked
Do you provide rigging documentation for venue approval?
Yes, as standard. Every structural build comes with a Risk Assessment and Method Statement, load calculations and a rigging plot. Riyadh stadiums, government venues and international organisers all require this, and we produce it before load-in rather than in response to a request.
Can you work in a venue with no rigging points?
Yes. Ground-support towers carry the load independently of the building, which is the usual answer in hotel ballrooms, exhibition halls and outdoor sites. It changes the footprint and the weight distribution on the floor, both of which we account for in the design.
How long does a typical build take?
A conference stage with a LED backdrop is generally a one-day build. Stadium ceremonies and large outdoor structures run several days and are scheduled against your rehearsal and show dates. We issue a day-by-day production schedule so every trade knows when they have access to the site.
Do you handle the whole production or only rigging?
Either. Many clients take rigging together with audio, lighting and video as one package, which removes the coordination problem between structure and the systems it carries. We also supply rigging alone when another contractor holds the rest of the show.
