A rented LED wall involves far more than panels. It needs a rigging design that the venue will sign off, processing that matches your content resolution, power distribution with enough headroom, and calibration so the whole surface reads as one screen rather than a patchwork of slightly different panels.
We handle all of that as one scope. Our LED stock is built around Unilumin panels driven by NovaStar processing, and we have used it on stadium ceremonies, conference stages, esports arenas and festival shows across the Kingdom.

Planned before it is quoted
We map the screen before anyone commits to a number — panel count, pixel dimensions, processing load, power draw and rigging weight. You receive the exact configuration and what it costs, instead of a per-square-metre estimate that changes on site.
Pixel-accurate mapping
The final pixel dimensions are confirmed early so your content is produced at the right resolution rather than stretched to fit on the day.
Load and power figures
Weight per hang point and total current draw, in writing, so the venue and your electrical contractor can approve the build in advance.
Content check
We review your video files against the real screen resolution and flag anything that will not hold up before it reaches the wall.

How much does LED screen rental cost in Riyadh?
Price depends on total area, pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor rating, rigging method and how many days the screen is on site. A small indoor conference backdrop and an outdoor stadium screen are different orders of magnitude. Send us the venue, the dates and a rough size and you will get an itemised quote — panels, processing, rigging, power and crew listed separately.
What pixel pitch do I need?
It is governed by how close your closest viewer stands. A conference stage where the front row sits a few metres away needs a much finer pitch than a stadium screen viewed from a hundred metres. Tell us the venue and the sightlines and we will recommend the pitch rather than overselling you a finer one than the room can resolve.
Can the screen be used outdoors or in direct sunlight?
Yes — we stock weather-rated outdoor panels with the brightness to stay legible in daylight. Outdoor builds also need wind loading assessed as part of the rigging design, which is included in our scope.
Do you provide the content as well?
We handle playback, processing and on-site operation. We do not produce creative content in-house, but we work with your agency or motion designer and give them exact pixel dimensions and delivery specs up front so what they build actually fits the wall.
