AV & AVL Rental in Riyadh
تأجير الصوت والإضاءة والفيديو
AVL stands for Audio, Video and Lighting — the three systems that carry every live event. We supply all three from one warehouse, with the trussing that holds them up and the technicians who run them, so you brief one team instead of coordinating four vendors who have never worked together.
Entertainment Solutions is a full-service AV rental company based in Riyadh, working across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. We have delivered over 500 events in more than ten years — stadium ceremonies, government conferences, corporate launches, esports finals, concerts and weddings.
Most clients come to us because splitting a show across separate audio, lighting and video suppliers is where things break. Cables do not match, the truss cannot take the extra load, and nobody owns the problem at 2am on show day. A single AVL package removes that seam entirely.
We work both ways: a fully crewed package where we design, supply and operate the whole show, or dry hire — equipment on its own, for production companies and event teams who already have their own technicians. Tell us which you need and we will quote it accordingly.

What an AVL package includes
Every job is scoped individually, but a typical full package covers:
Audio
Line-array PA sized to the room or field, digital mixing consoles, in-ear monitoring, wired and wireless microphones, and comms for the crew.
Lighting
Moving heads, wash and beam fixtures, conventional and architectural lighting, atmospherics, and a full lighting design plus programming.
Video
LED walls and video processing, projection and 3D mapping, media servers and show playback.
Rigging & staging
Truss, motors, ground support towers and stage decking, with load calculations and certified riggers.
Crew & logistics
Technicians, operators, trucks, setup, rehearsal support, show operation and strike.
Documentation
Risk Assessment and Method Statement, equipment schedules and a transparent itemised quote before anything is committed.
Why clients hire us for the whole package
One accountable supplier
When audio, lighting and video come from the same team, integration problems stop being anyone's excuse. There is one number to call.
Equipment we actually own
The inventory below is ours, maintained in-house and kept in spec. We cross-hire only when a job genuinely needs more than we hold, and we tell you when we do.
Crew who know the gear
Our technicians work on this equipment every week. They are not agency freelancers reading a manual on the truck.
Paperwork that passes
Venues, stadiums and government sites ask for method statements, risk assessments and insurance. We produce them as standard, not on request.

Frequently asked
What does AVL stand for?
AVL means Audio, Visual and Lighting — the three technical systems behind a live event. An AVL rental company supplies all three together, along with the rigging to hang them and the crew to operate them.
Do you cover events outside Riyadh?
Yes. We work throughout Saudi Arabia — Jeddah, Dammam, NEOM, AlUla and elsewhere — and across the GCC. Travel, accommodation and logistics are quoted openly as separate lines so you can see exactly what they cost.
Can we rent equipment without crew? (dry hire)
Yes — we dry hire. If you have your own technicians, you can take equipment on its own rather than as a crewed package. Send us the item list and the dates and we will confirm availability and terms. For LED walls, line arrays, rigging and projection we normally recommend taking an operator with the gear, because those systems are expensive to get wrong on site — but that is advice, not a condition.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better. We regularly turn smaller corporate work around at short notice, but during Riyadh Season and major event periods inventory across the whole city gets tight, so a large production booked months ahead has far more room to move than one booked in the same week.
Related services
Most productions combine several of these. Taking them together removes the coordination problem between suppliers.
